The Horizon

How I started

After a brief few months interning, I helped open a brand-new department.

Partnerships was a misfit that offered me a guinea pig role. With little guidance and one goal — growth, I was tasked with an intangible position driven by my ability to capitalize on opportunity.

Random teams relayed unfinished work to me and I was given unfamiliar projects to Cozy Earth and new accounts needing growth. From retailers to marketing efforts I began molding the department.

Time became my priority, and greatest tool. I quickly worked to create my role and the department’s infrastructure by tackling innovative projects, improving automation, operations, sale processes, and targeting conversion through detail-oriented connection to the big picture.
